Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at Caddo Mills Middle School Library at 6:30pm.
Our meetings are open to the public. Guest speakers are welcome to speak.
To speak at a meeting, guests must sign up at least 3 days prior to our meetings to be placed on the agenda.
Speakers are given 3-5 mins to address the board.

💥 RED, WHITE & BOOM Home Run Derby
LET FREEDOM DING!!
CMYSA is excited to host the 5th Annual Home Run Derby during the Red, White & Boom celebration on Friday, June 26th!
DIVISIONS
11U-13U (Only 15 spots available)
14U-16U (Only 15 spots available)
Adult Division (18+) (Only 20 spots available)
NO WALK-UPS ALLOWED
Each participant will have 90 seconds to hit as many home runs as possible. There is no pitch limit—only a time limit!
Registered participants need to check in no later than 5:45pm. You will get a wrist band.
Kids Derby: Field B
Adult Derby: Field D
Awards will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each division.
Registration closes at 3:00 PM on Friday, June 26th

FOURTH OF JULY PK SHOOTOUT at the Red White & Boom!!!
Join us at Hooten Memorial Soccer Fields from 6:05 PM – 8:00 PM for a fun night of soccer, competition, and prizes!
Players will be grouped by age
Every entry will be entered into a raffle for a discounted registration
Winners will receive Fourth of July medals!
$5 = 5 shots per player
Additional shots can be purchased!
Bring your family, wear your patriotic gear, and come celebrate with us under the lights!
